Welcome ........to The Butterfly Medical Respite Care Center. We are a non-profit organization, that provides recuperative care for homeless adults, who have been discharged from the hospital, ER department, inpatient, health centers, and medical specialty facilities, and are in need of a place to recover from an acute medical illness or injury.
We will concentrate on supporting and inspiring our clients to focus on their health so they can build the strength to emerge beautifully and with new life...just like the Butterfly.

General Admission Criteria
To be admitted to Butterfly Medical Care Center, the patient must:
Have a primary medical problem
Be medically and psychiatrically stable to be managed in our setting
Need short-term care
Be independent in Activities of daily living
Referred by a medical physician
The Referral Process
Patients are admitted (Monday - Friday), based on referrals from hospitals, shelters, clinics and various other health care service providers.
